Yes. I work with adolescents and adults ages 13–65. For teens, we keep the work developmentally appropriate and skills-forward, and we can incorporate TF-CBT when it’s a strong fit.
Yes. Telehealth sessions are available across Florida. It’s a strong option if you want consistency, flexibility, or you’re not local to Jacksonville Beach.

EMDR—Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing—is a structured method that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories and triggers. Rather than staying stuck in old loops, the nervous system learns a new “felt sense” of safety and control.
EMDR is the primary approach. TF-CBT is available when a structured, skills-based model is the best fit—particularly for adolescents. Neurofeedback and Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) can be used as regulation tools when added nervous system support is clinically helpful.
That concern is valid. We don’t rush. Stabilization and resourcing come first, and we only move into reprocessing when your system has enough capacity. The goal is steady progress—not overwhelm.
